PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Elementary students in Fall River, MA heard a presentation by a United Way of Fall River representative, which inspired them to research and choose a charity to support in their community. To raise money for their selected charity, students baked various treats and sold them to parents, staff and students in the 21st Century Program. Students also learned about various aspects of running a business.
